As OPTi-P2™ develops, this section of the website will detail the changes made to the application.
The page details the latest build version that is available through the products “Updates” function as well as previous builds so users can see product changes, fixes, improvements and new features.

If you see items detailed here which are not currently in your version of OPTi-P2™ you may need to check that your version is the most up to date.

• The Folder Browser Dialog on the Project Document form has been updated so that it opens with the folder path of the currently loaded project selected.
• Added a “My OP2 Projects” folder to the users “My Documents” folder on install.
• The Folder Browser Dialog on the New Project Dialog form has been updated so hat it opens with the folder path of  ”My OP2 Projects” selected as default if the folder exists. If the folder does not exist, (for instance if the user has deleted it), the default selected path is the users “My Documents” folder.
• Project Reference and Project Name prefixes have been removed from the entries when generating a Document Desktop. The Project Reference and Name are detailed on the Central Topic of the Document Desktop and therefore no longer needed on each item. This increases space and clarity of the Document Desktop entries.
• Application now auto-saves maps when Stage/Tasks/Project Member details are Added/Edited/Deleted. The Health Check map also auto-saves after an update/refresh.

• Stage/Phase and Task/Activity functions added for use with Execution Desktop
• Project Properties changed from task pane to dedicated view
• Project properties no shows days elapsed/remaining (working days)
• Project overview reports added. Create top level reports for local and remote projects
• User can now customise core templates used in project creation
• Project Back-Up added to the My Projects function allowing the user to create snapshots or copies of projects for later use.
• Organisation chart now has dedicated editing function
• Auto-check for updates on start up (optional)
